The new single by french electro artist Pierre Pascual will be released on October 1, 2012. An ode to the queen of french cinema Catherine Deneuve, it is a very catchy pop song called Deneuve Danse. Pierre and his management were so pleased with the Matt Pop mixes of Pierre‘s  last single Je Danse Dans Ma Chambre (remember the Matt Popapella Mix?), that once again,  Matt has been asked to do a remix. On the ABBAinternetTube page on YouTube, you can hear twenty of Matt Pop‘s ABBA (or ABBA-related) remixes, in one, almost 2 hour-long upload! The sound quality is not always the best it could be, but I think it is a flattering and impressive effort. And hearing back my mix of Wer Im Wartesahl Der Liebe Steht, I don’t remember it sounding quite like this. Then again, it was a long time ago, so maybe I need to revisit it. Just back from a short trip to Norway, and it’s back to the studio straight away for Matt Pop. Currently busy on productions for Almighty and the one and only Hazell Dean, plus remixes for Peter Wilson‘s next single. Also, Matt has produced a fantastic dance track for up and coming artist Mark Tara, called Number One.
